Chief Executive Officer - Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ

Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ is looking to appoint an exceptional individual to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for navigating Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ through its next chapter, ensuring long-term growth, sustainability and prosperity for the world game in Australia from grassroots to elite levels.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Planning, leading and executing the organisation’s vision and strategy
- Driving fan engagement, grassroots participation and sustainable financial performance at all levels of Australian football
- Establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Identifying and executing highly valuable commercial opportunities
- Leading Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ’s people and driving an inclusive work culture
- Protecting and enhancing the reputation of Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ nationally and globally
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven CEO experience
- Established and sustained strategies, capabilities and culture to drive growth, performance excellence, continual improvement and company values
- Navigated complex and high-profile stakeholder environments
- Negotiated and executed large-scale commercial contracts and partnerships
- Delivered large-scale events and experiences
- Driven consumer-focused engagement, innovation and transformation
- Exemplary ambassadorial, relationship building and communication skills
- Connection, or deep appreciation, for Australian football and/or the role sport plays
- Impeccable integrity, values and professionalism
