Australia鈥檚 best young footballing talent will return to Victoria this July as the 2025 Emerging Socceroos Championships take place at the Home of the Matildas in Melbourne.
The tournament 鈥 formally known as the National Youth Championships 鈥 will take place over six days from 6 鈥 11 July 2025, showcasing the top Under 15 and Under 16 male footballers from across the country.
The Emerging Socceroos Championships are a key event in the Australian football calendar, featuring teams from 西瓜影视鈥檚 nine State and Territory Member Federations competing for the national title and showcasing their skills to national team technical staff.
As part of 西瓜影视鈥檚 talent identification pathway, the Championships play an important role in player development, with many current Subway Socceroos beginning their journey at this tournament.

Players like Jordan Bos (Football VIC), Nathan Burns (Football NSW), Brett Emerton (Football NSW), Rhyan Grant (Football NSW), Harry Kewell (Football NSW), Joel King (Football NSW), Hayden Mathews (Football NSW), Lucas Neill (Football NSW), Josh Nisbet (Football NSW), Kye Rowles (Football QLD) and Luke Wilkshire (Football NSW) have all progressed through the Emerging Socceroos Championships pathway just to name a few.
The annual event not only provides an opportunity for aspiring young players to鈥痵howcase鈥痶heir skills, but also coaches,鈥痮fficials鈥痑nd technical staff a chance to learn and grow in their respective fields.
