����Ӱ�� to hold 21st Annual General Meeting on 30 May

The twenty-first Annual General meeting (AGM) of ����Ӱ�� Limited will be held at 3pm (ACST) (3:30pm AEST) on Thursday, 30 May 2024 at Football South Australia’s offices at ServiceFM Stadium, in Adelaide and via videoconference.

In accordance with its Constitution, the business to be conducted at the AGM is for ����Ӱ��’s Members to receive and consider ����Ӱ��’s Financial Report (six months to 31 December 2023), report on the activities of ����Ӱ��, and inform Members of ����Ӱ��’s annual budget.

The meeting will also consider the ratification of Dr Deidre Andreson AM as a member of and the Chair of the Women’s Football Council and conduct elections for two Director positions on ����Ӱ��’s Board.

The Nominee Directors listed below will seek election to fill two positions as Elected Directors of ����Ӱ�� for terms of office expiring at the 2027 Annual General Meeting.

1. CARROZZI, Joseph proposed by Football South Australia and seconded by Northern New South Wales Football; and
2. DUGGAN, Amy proposed by Football West and seconded by Football Victoria.
