The CommBank Junior Matildas continue their AFC U17 Women's Asian Cup Indonesia 2024â„¢ on Friday night (AEST) when they take on reigning champions, Japan.
The CommBank Junior Matildas are one of eight teams who have qualified for the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup Indonesia 2024™ with the nations drawn into two groups of four nations.
The top two from each group will advance to the knockout phase. The top three nations from the competition qualify as the AFC’s representatives at the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup Dominican Republic 2024™ which will run from 16 October – 3 November 2024.
