“We continue a bit of a theme of ours coming across teams in friendly matches prior to facing them in an official tournament. The experience in Argentina against a side of their quality – regardless of the fact we’ll face them in the Group Stage – will be a valuable part of our progression towards the World Cup.
“We can now get further into our preparation with the Group Stage confirmed, as we look to finalise our pre-camp plans in September.
“I love working with this group of players – who have shown us the many fantastic qualities they possess both individually and collectively – and have no doubt they’ll be up for the challenge that a tournament of this calibre presents,” Morgan concluded.
