Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ’s reimagined youth championships are built on the foundation of excellence, opportunity, and innovation. The CommBank Emerging Matildas Championships and CommBank Emerging Socceroos Championships will serve as the premier talent identification and development platforms in Australian football, shaping future generations and strengthening Australia’s high-performance pathways.
In an exciting new addition, Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) will participate in both the 2025 CommBank Emerging Matildas Championships and the 2025 CommBank Emerging Socceroos Championships in the U15 age group, marking the first time an international team has been included in the tournaments.
Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ's First Nations program will compete as the Charles Perkins XI – named after one of Australia’s most influential figures in sport and civil rights - in the Under 16 age groups of both championships.
